7. Waste Acceptance
Tyton Waste provides waste management and recycling services subject to applicable legislation, operational requirements, safety requirements and the capabilities of the relevant facility or service.
Tyton Waste may refuse to collect, transport, receive, store, process or recycle materials where:

- The material is contaminated;
- The material has been incorrectly declared or described;
- The material cannot reasonably be processed by the applicable facility;
- The customer has not complied with applicable waste-management requirements; or
- Accepting the material would expose Tyton Waste, its employees, contractors, customers or facilities to unreasonable risk.
Customers remain responsible for accurately identifying and describing waste provided to Tyton Waste.
Where particular services have specific waste-acceptance requirements, those requirements may be included in the relevant quotation, agreement or service terms.
8. Customer Responsibilities

- Providing safe and reasonable access to collection locations;
- Ensuring that collection areas are reasonably accessible;

- Following reasonable instructions provided by Tyton Waste;
- Informing Tyton Waste of relevant hazards or risks at collection locations; and
- Paying applicable fees in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.
Customers must not knowingly provide prohibited, hazardous or contaminated materials without first obtaining confirmation from Tyton Waste that the relevant material can lawfully and safely be accepted.
9. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website, where applicable, are subject to change.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website pricing should not be interpreted as a binding quotation.
Prices provided in formal quotations or agreements will be subject to the terms and validity periods specified in those documents.
Where applicable, prices may be subject to VAT and other lawful charges.
10. Payments
Where you purchase services from Tyton Waste, payment terms will be determined by the applicable quotation, invoice, service agreement or other commercial terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment obligations remain enforceable in accordance with the applicable agreement.
